Tom Bradshaw
Managing Director

Tom is our CEO and has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector working with some of the most well-known financial institutions and HNWs in the world. The last 5 years were spent at JP Morgan Investment Bank.

His real interest and enthusiasm lies in wine so in 2012 he left the City to pursue this passion! Throughout his 15 years in the City, Tom built up an extensive and highly valued network of relationships. The knowledge gained in his career to date, and his strong client relationships are indispensable to Abercrombie Fine Wines.

James Low
Wine Advisor

James is our Wine Advisor and has worked in the wine industry since 1999.

After initially working for 2 years for Moet Hennessy in Buenos Aires, he has spent the past 13 years in the trade, absorbed in refining his knowledge of French and Italian fine wines. His passion and understanding of wine is invaluable to the company. He heads up our wine division and ensures we have access to the very best the world has to offer.

Max de Beaufort-Suchlick
Sales and Operations Manager

Max is our Sales and Operations Manager. He gained much of his experience in the shipping industry, having spent several years working as an analyst for one of the world’s leading shipbroking companies. He has a longstanding passion for wine and is WSET qualified. Prior to joining Abercrombie Fine Wines he managed the Private Reserves team at Fine+Rare Wines, building relationships with new and existing customers and offering investment advice on their portfolios.

Max’s wide-ranging commercial experience is crucial to the continued success of Abercrombie Fine Wines.

Duncan Thomson
Strategic Director

Duncan is our Strategic Director and has over 10 years’ experience in the retail/consumer goods industry working with some of the world’s most iconic brands and global retailers.

The last 5 years were spent unlocking growth in established SMEs and providing financial and strategic direction to early stage high growth companies. His infectious energy, strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box ensures we have the forward thinking strategy required to deliver Abercrombie Fine Wines’ vision.
